I’ve been remiss getting back to you about our experience with Compass Tours. They were fabulous. This meeting was very last minute, very fluid and featured a complex element of constantly-changing translation needs. Susann and her staff didn’t miss a beat when we changed the required languages (three times!), found THE BEST Swedish interpreter our client has ever experienced at a meeting, fulfilled our last-minute printing needs (over a weekend) and provided me such a level of confidence that they our back with all the details in between. Given the language and time challenges, Susann was integral to the success of the meeting.

(…) Compass also arranged and managed the superb Gala Dinner at the end of the tour in Salzburg. Compass assisted in sourcing suitable venues and managed each of the individual components of the program in a very friendly and yet professional manner. I found them to be extremely flexible when required, which is essential as inevitably a program than can be months in the
making can experience last minute changes. The Compass staff are dedicated to ensuring the client has a wonderful experience, and it is obvious they take great delight in seeing the enjoyment of all of the guests. The guides and entertainers that Compass sourced were also first class which enhanced my clients overall experience. I can recommend Compass Tours as a dedicated, professional and knowledgeable company who will work closely with clients to create a memorable event.
